02 — Clearing

03 — Septic
Septic repair and installation
New tanks, failed lines, and field work. We dig, set, and backfill. County rules still apply — we work with the permit, not around it.

04 — Demo
Demolition and removal
Tear down what is in the way — old sheds, leftover houses, slabs, and junk structures — and get it off the lot so grade can start.

Site preparation for new construction
